I have known Venkatesha Murthy (Venky) for many years. I’ve been fortunate to work closely with Venky on dozens of projects. Each involving recycling of strategic elements from End-of-Life manufactured goods. Venky continues to approach every project with the utmost passion to preserve the environment and generate stimulating careers for the employees of his project-based work. The recycling space for all things is falling short on sustainability. The only way the planet can turn this around is with education. Sharing knowledge and discovering the commercial advantages of recycling.VANS IIEM and its programs is what we need to staff sustainable recycling organizations. The programs advocated by the institute are the first of their kind to enter the education sector. This is necessary and unique for the growth of e-waste Management.
